FAQ :)

-Can I combine multiple orders?

Of course you can! Just make sure to send me a DM with your order number @eden_clifton on insta or email edenclifton@outlook.com

and I can refund you partial shipping via bank transfer (Paypal is easiest as there are no fees) :)

-Will my ceramics be sent tracked?

Yes! All large items ceramics are sent with tracked shipping as you will be charged at checkout to cover the costs! However small items such as earrings, spoons or some ornament/flat pieces usually under £20 are sent standard unless you add use the listing add on for international tracked shipping or UK friends add tracked shipping at checkout <3 Please make sure to read and check the description of the listing you purchase from as this states which service will be used to post your items <3

-Can I add a personalised note to my order?

Of course! Send me a DM or email with your order number and what you want to say and I can print it off and add it to your order free of charge!<3

-Can I change my shipping address after I ordered?

You can but please tell me asap (DM or email) after you have ordered as I am a pretty fast dispatcher so if your order has already been dispatched then there is nothing I will be able to do unless it gets returned back to me then I can send it back out to you :)

- Why do you close your shop before the update? I want to see the prices and what you are selling!

I close my shop before every shop update to upload all the listings as usually there is a lot of them and takes me a while to upload (also to make sure my website doesn’t crash if I schedule all the listings like I used to.. This has happened once before it has scared me for life so I don’t do that anymore sorry! If you ever want to know the prices of something always feel free to reach out and send me a message! I always show pretty much everything that will be available via my instagram :) @eden_clifton

-It Wont Let Me Order To My Location, Why?

Oh no! I do ship worldwide but have to enter all places manually so let me know where your location is and i’ll add it to the shipping options!

-Will My Parcel Be Sent Tracked?

UK Friends: Only if you select the tracked shipping option at checkout.

International Friends: Please add the international tracking listing on my store page listed in the products section or if you purchase ceramics your postage costs will already be covered at checkout :)

If you feel like you were overcharged postage once you have received please send me a message so I can partially refund you!! <3

(Please read the International tracking listing for more info) All tracking numbers should be attached to your dispatch emails you can check on your orders where about’s via The Royal Mail Website :)

-Will I Be Charged A Customs Fee? (EU Friends)

Due to new EU regulations you may be charged a custom duties fee on your order upon arrival, if you do get charged this fee is unfortunately out of my hands, and the customer is responsible for paying this fee :( <3

-Where is my order?

-I am so sorry you are still waiting for your order! If you feel like its been a long time waiting for your order to show up, please make sure to double check your shipping address is correct and the dispatch date. Feel free to send me a message and I can try my best to look into it with you. However, If your order has not been sent tracked then It is pretty much out of my hands and we will have to wait it out. There is still worldwide shipping delays due to new eu regulations. If it has been more than 6 weeks (excluding weekends) then you are best off making a claim via the Royal Mail website or send me a message and we can discuss what to do next! :) <3

-Do you do tattoo commissions/tickets for your designs?

What an honour that you thought of getting one of my designs thankyou, I do! Usually only previous designs i’ve done before, but best to send me a direct message via my instagram @eden_clifton so we can talk about what it is you want :)
